Shana's adventures start when she picks up a call from Rebecca. They are going out for dinner! So everyone heads for the Railway Mall and eat dinner at Ramen Ramen, where Shana is incredibly excited. She receives her first birthday present of 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's an awfully cute something for her to know and for you to find out. :)

After this Shana cannot sit still. She jumps up and down while eating her Ramen Ramen Ramen (yes this really is the name) and softshell crab. She starts counting down to her birthday! Much to the annoyance of her incredibly amazing, patient cousin. (Who does little more than roll her eyes, which in my opinion is very very astonishing).

Shana stop trying to interrupt and curb free speech!

Then everyone proceeds to Sweet Salty Spice which is a lovely Thai restaurant. However her little sister and little cousin proceed to make complete and utter embarrassments of themselves. How mortifying, right? Then the delicious Royce' chocolate like cake topples off onto the table. However Shana is absolutely oblivious because she is sms-ing. PUBLIC SERVICE MESSAGE: Parents please give your kids handphones only when they are 40.

See she's still sms-ing when she should be entertaining the guests at her house. Like serve them Champagne Brut.

After polishing off a carrot, double chocolate, chocolate peanut butter cake and sesame ice cream, Shana's eyes drag her over to an alluring fuschia - sorry, national treasure. Just like me :) Top secret. Suffice to say with much effort on her awesome Aunt's and cousin's part her bag stash welcomes a new member. She also mulls over the possibility of prank calling people. (FAIL.)

In the car on the way back Shana is squashed and almost deafened. But sorry hun no one cares unless you're 15. Oh wait, you aren't! No wonder. Janie and Rachel imitate little sirens. And Rachel sings about being very safe.

...In Chinese. The imminent start of a new school year brings many surprises.

So this leads up to the culmination of events at Shana's house. Which looks like a paper recycling company right now. I see at least 5 Seventeen magazines strewn across the "study" table.

Shana tries to pressure me into ending this. But I must report on the true facts of life just for you :) She says she's going to hyperventilate but I suspect she is fibbing.

Well this is all the time we have now cause the cool kids need their beauty sleep. Watch out for an exclusive video on how Shana screams for her life at the top of the myheartissomewhereelse roller coaster. Poor thing how she almost dies after savouring 10 hours of 15-year-old-ness. And womanhood, of course, because you only become a woman when you turn 15 and everyone knows that.

Yay! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME (SOON).
Yesterday was pre-birthday celebration! Bugis is pretty lame now once you've seen it like six times in a month? But shopping was still fun! The movie I Am Legend is really boring because in the end he died and so did his dog :(

But xl was very comfy and shiny and weird and HUNGRY and gorgeous!

Went to arcade to watch him play Initial D. Didn't see how people can get addicted to it though :O And in the end played a super mario game which was very adorable! I picked a monkey (but I lost to him in the end because I was dead lousy and didn't know how to drive.)
He said it was pathetic. Not that bad really! Who wants to play with me next time?

Going for Yuxin's bbq today! Just came back from Malaysia with four bags of stuff that I couldn't carry so Melody hailed a cab! And lots of food products sorry not much clothes because the shopping centre was so limited. It was like, one storey. So I got a woolly wrap jacket from MNG, a small purse from Roxy and no-brand shades.

Anyway I guess it was pretty fun! The first school was some Chinese High I think and it was pretty poor but the people were quite hospitable and united :D and they were really good too. Uh and some people came there to, well, flirt. It was pretty revolting.

The school on the second day was some Chinese High too but at Batu Pahat instead of Muar. It was the cutest school ever :D played so many games and it was really cute to see Felicia running around because her face was all red! And cheers (Ai De Gu Li... Gu Li. ) I think we played horribly on the second day! But they still cheered like mad for us. I have no idea why.

The hotel was nuts too. Okay, cross that. It's a chalet. Fortunately for us we got a rather okay one. Heard some people got weird ones :O

On the third day the school was called Pay Fong High. It was really rich but uh pretty unhospitable. Anyway there were two schools (another one from Ipoh) and well, the Ipoh school had NINE songs. Naturally mostly everybody went to sleep/tried to sleep. We played pretty well there :)

Slept at four because Wanxin, Xueli, Shanice and I were bitching. My poor childhood deprived father is playing War with my sister now. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Yesterday night during bedtime he once told us he was nuts over golf when he was a kid. So he used to wake up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom and pretend to be Tiger Woods.

Hey, even a forty three year old dad can have dreams, can't he? :D
